Teenage Engineering and the co-creator of Rick and Morty, Justin Roiland have teamed to create a limited edition Pocket Operator. Like the previously released PO-33 Speak, the PO-137 is a vocal synth and sampler.
Teenage Engineerings latest collab is with the smash cartoon series, Rick and Morty. It’s a vocal synth and sampler called the PO-137.
As you can imagine, the voices from the show feature heavily in the new synth, featuring eight different character sampling options.
Like other devices from their Metal series, there’s a built in microphone, 120 seconds of sample memory and even an alarm clock.
News of the new PO comes hot on the heels of another collaboration – the Playdate handheld gaming platform.
The PO-137 is slated for release in July. Stay tuned to Teenage Engineering for updates.
