Reason Compact 2.0 has just been launched by Propellerhead. It improves on the first version, which was released last year, by adding a drum machine and bass synth to the mix.
Reason Compact 2.0 from Propellerhead has just hit the streets. Improved significantly from last year’s debut, it’s now equipped with a drum machine and a bass synth.
With the new Rytmik drum machine, you can play pads, sequence patterns, choose among different kits, add effects and more.
The new Monotone bass synth has the same functionality as the already included Europa synth. There’s a smart keyboard on hand within the app that can be set to different keys and go deeper by accessing the MIDI note grid.
Connectivity is available via Ableton Link, the Reason Lite desktop software and can chained to other apps using Inter-app Audio or Audiobus.
