Korg and Universal Audio have teamed up to deliver the SDD-3000 – an emulation of the famous digital delay unit.
Universal Audio are bringing a classic digital delay to their UAD hardware and Apollo platforms – the Korg SDD-3000 Delay plugin.
The original was part of The Edge’s iconic guitar sound and promises to bring rhythmic intricacy and movement to many a mix. UA have modelled its analog input and output sections and can also be used with their Unison technology, which matches the specific impedance characteristics of the original hardware.
The Korg is just one of the new plugins in this raft of releases from Universal Audio. Softube’s Dytronics Cyclosonic panner, the ENGL Savage 120 guitar amplifier, the AMS RMX16 Expanded Digital Reverb and the Sonnox Oxford Dynamic EQ rounds off a broad list of sound-sculpting options.
Find out more about SDD-3000 and more on the Universal Audio website.
