The Octatrack MKII performance sampler from Elektron is the latest in a long line of tasty hardware products, designed for studio production and tactile live performance.

Elektron have revealed their Octatrack MKII sampler, beefed up with a slew of tasty new features and updates.
The complexity of the arrangements that the Octatrack is admirable, featuring eight audio and MIDI tracks, as well as a MIDI interface, to further enhance its reputation as a live performance instrument.
Care has been taken to deliver high quality encoders, durable knobs and a crisp OLED screen for easy menu navigation in dark environments. Sonically, the Octatrack displays flexibility – users can insert two effects per audio track, three LFO per audio track and has deep time stretch and pitch shift capability.
The Octatrack MKII is a high-end, aesthetically pleasing performance and production tool, well worth a try if you’re looking for a hands-on experience in crafting electronic music.
