It’s thick and its free. Double your vocal tracks for nothing with the new iZotope Vocal Doubler, a super-simple but all too useful plugin.
iZotope’s has really focused on simplicity with its new interface, which makes dialling in thicker vocal sounds easy. As the user drags up and down the stereo separation increase or decreases, and dragging left and right makes for a ‘human-like’ variation in the mix.
You can use the Vocal Doubler on numerous tracks to put them into their own space within the mix, while using the ‘Effect Only’ mode gives you the option to multiply doubled vocals on different tracks.
The plugin runs on PC and Mac in VST/AU/AAX formats, and all you have to do is register on the iZotope website.
