Rast Sound has released ATLAS, a new sample library featuring world music instrumentation from 14 cultures across the globe. The huge 1200 strong sample collection is geared to work with Native Instrument’s Kontakt and is sure to add some spice to your latest project.
ATLAS is a diverse sample pack that includes instrumentation from destinations such as Africa, India, the Balkans, Jakarta and more.
Instruments can be used solo or in kits or you can use already supplied patterns and loops. The 1200 strong sample collection lets you select instruments from different regions to combine and craft your own loops. Alternatively, you can use 300 already supplied loops or 30 plus instruments in solo mode including Sitar, Oud, Darbouka and Guimbri.
The pack was co-produced with Anello Capuano, and as Rast Sound states his recording style and unique process has contributed to a unique sounding collection.
