Mixing

Mixing means something different to everyone. For some it’s simply sound balance engineering. Others might re-program and re-record your drums without blinking an eye. There are some very famous stories about Andy Wallace and Nirvana for example. The bottom line is, if you take your recordings to get mixed, you should expect them to come back better and more exciting. This is especially useful to bedroom or project studio mixes. I apply a creative production approach to all my work so expect to be surprised.

We spared no expense in the design and development of our listening environment so what we hear we can trust. I recorded and mixed several bedroom albums before I finally built Enmore Audio and while lots of great ideas came through, the one thing I was missing was a critical space to judge a mix and that has changed everything.

I’d be glad to discuss any mix project you may have.
